Empresa relacionada con la minería se encuentra en la búsqueda de un profesional altamente calificado y con potencial para el puesto de Supervisor de Operaciones Mineras.

Requisitos:

  • Profesión preferente: Ingeniería de Minas o afines relacionadas al puesto/experiencia laboral.
  • Nivel de la carrera: Título Universitario y Colegiatura.
  • Estudios de Postgrado: MBA y/o estudios complementarios relacionados con la industria minera.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años ocupando posiciones similares a una Gerencia o Jefatura de Operaciones en Cía. reconocidas, dentro de empresas locales o multinacionales de envergadura del rubro minero.
  • Brevete A- II.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario rotativos.
  • Tener conocimiento de las leyes chilenas.
  • Excelente conocimiento de los Sistemas Integrados de Gestión.
  • Amplio dominio en prevención de riesgos, planeamientos estratégicos, capacitación e inducción de personal así como procedimientos de perforación.
  • Experiencia en liderar equipos multidisciplinarios así como formación de equipos comprometidos al logro de objetivos.
