About our Client
Our client is a global leader in underground mining. Recent growth within the business and industry wide has created the need for a Corporate Accountant to join their Finance team.

Job Description
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller - the key deliverables of this role will include but not be limited to the following;

• Preparation of monthly financial reports and commentaries for the Board
• Prepare the audit packages and liaise with the external auditors and tax accountant
• Balance sheet reconciliations for numerous entities
• Preparation of the Annual Financial Reports

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in a similar role with a background in Audit with a Big 4 firm. You will be CA or CPA qualified and hold a relevant tertiary degree. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills and have the ability to liaise across all levels of the business. Advanced Excel skills and experience in using Pronto will also be highly regarded.
