About our Client
Our Client is a well established company supporting the mining industry.Due to internal movement there is now a unique opportunity available for an experienced level 3 Help desk Support Officer.

Job Description
Reporting to the Help desk Manager, working in a virtual environment,Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Logging support requests from all staff
Assisting on projects (preforming server builds, upgrades migration)
Configuring of routers and switches
System administration (backups and storage)

The Successful Applicant
The successful incumbent will have had previous experience in a similar role maintaining network and systems operations. Experience working with Windows XP/7, MS Exchange and server 2003/2008 is essential.You will also have strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the business.
