HR Administrator

Specific Responsibilities (Not Limited To):

  • Creation of Job Description Master Files and departmental organograms and updating when required.
  • Master Files for HR policies and procedures and documentation.
  • Normal day to day office administration requirements: typing, filing, telephone
  • Provide admin support for Special HR related project.
  • HR Reporting

Minimum Requirements

Skills And Attributes Required:

Skills (must be able to)

  • Understand labour legislation requirements
  • Understand and control H R policies and procedures
  • Perform office administration tasks at an advanced level (PC and record keeping/creating systems)
  • Prepare presentations and generate H R related reports
  • Handle all HR information in a confidential manner.
  • Attributes (be able to)
  • Work within the framework of a team
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Pay attention to detail /deadline driven and  be customer service orientated
  • Work in a systematic manner and follow up and monitor information

Experience Required:

  • 5 - 7 years of HR Generalist Administration experience
  • 5 years of Secretarial experience
  • 5 years HR Reporting experience
  • 3 year of experience utilizing an HR Electronic Database System
  • 3 years of MS Office user experience at an advanced level
  • VIP Experience

Qualifications Required:

  • An appropriate Secretarial Qualification
  • A qualification in Human Resources Management
