Description
The Surveyor performs all survey assignments in the office and in the field, as defined by the Project Manager or Operations Manager. The position demands responsibility and necessity to set example. Initiative is a pre-requisite in the role of all duties, whether in the lead or supportive role.
• Execute positioning and navigation tasks according to survey procedures and client requirements.
• Perform computations, data processing, field reporting and survey reporting in accordance with specifications.
• Perform appropriate checks of data and computations.
• Ensure all safety standards are met and followed.
• Working closely with the field staff offshore, with the Project Manager and Data Management Manager on a project
Position requirements
The candidate we have in mind is flexible, stress resistant, has an accurate work practice and a hands-on mentality.
• Min. 1 years survey related experience.
• B.Sc. or Diploma survey qualification.
• Good computer skills.
• Preferably offshore experience.
• French & English language, both written and spoken .
• Be prepared to travel.
• Show creativity, motivation, adaptibility and innovation.
• Be a team player with good communication skills.
• European residency.
