Software test Engineer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Algorithm development in C#
- Ensure effective application of test methodologies
- Develop and document test plans
- Design and deliver the specific test solutions
- (supporting environmental test, characterization and production test).
- Provide cross-functional coordination of prototype unit test plans
- Ensure test hardware in place for development and production.
- Provide statistical analysis of test data
- Determine parametric test limits and margins.
- Collect and analyze parametric data reviewing and aligning with team
- Archive test data (to comply with record retention requirements).
- Ensure Test solutions compliance with agreed upon convergence and standards.
- Ensuring consistent and up to date test platform and test methodologies
Qualifications:
- Experience in the test and measurement industry
- Experience with Production test equipment integration and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with developing test code for test and measurement equipment
- Experience with unit and regression software testing techniques, software QA, characterization testing, data collection, data reporting, data analysis
- BSCS/BSEE
- Demonstrated ability to work to a deadline in a dynamic work environment
- Background understanding of Oscilloscopes, high want
- Tools: TE.net Test Executive Production software
- Experience in C#, Visual Studio, Snapshot, SCPI, TCP/IP
- Demonstrated flexibility working on a cross functional, global team, in a dynamic work environment
- International travel may be required, flexible work hours required
