Responsibilities

  • The Sr. SAP HR Analyst will gather business requirements and recommend solutions for SAP Human Resource initiatives. The Sr. SAP HR Analyst is responsible for configuration and deployment for ongoing Implementations and Continuous Improvement projects. This opening is a great opportunity to develop skills in SAP Talent Management including Nakisa talent visualization and org visualization.
  • Perform and manage configuration on SAP HCM modules using IMG
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from HCM business stakeholders and perform functional design foe new projects and enhancements to existing projects
  • Propose and recommend solutions to meet business and technical needs
  • Perform functional design for new projects and enhancements to existing projects
  • Support internal or third party programming/development activities
  • Provide production support for SAP Human Resources by utilizing troubleshooting skills through project deployment until handoff to application support
  • Create test plans and lead QA/test activities for configuration and customization activities
  • Assist in the development of user support documentation
  • Provide training and coaching to project team and end users

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience with SAP HCM configuration with focus on submodules OM and PA required
  • Strong knowledge of HCM infotypes and master data required
  • Experience with ECC 6.0 Ehp5 preferred
  • Experience with ECC 6.0 Ehp5 E-Recruiting preferred
  • Experience with ECC 6.0 Talent Management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of core human resources processes
  • Knowledge in ESS/MSS in Netweaver business environment a plus
  • Knowledge of Nakisa talent visualization and org visualization
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational skills required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management required
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment required
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently required
  • Able to work independently and communicate risks or potential problems to supervisor
