Importante empresa minera, se encuentra en la búsqueda del mejor talento para cubrir el puesto de: Asistenta Social - campamento minero Huaral.

Funciones:

  • Realizar el seguimiento al proceso de atención, tratamiento y rehabilitación de los trabajadores accidentados.
  • Realizar trámites de inscripción, lactancias, subsidios, acreditación, consultas, transferencias y otros ante ESSalud.
  • Orientar al personal en trámites relacionados al sistema previsional.
  • Desarrollar actividades socio-recreativas tales como celebraciones por el Día del Trabajador, Día del Minero, campeonatos, olimpiadas, etc.
  • Capacitar en temas relacionados a salud, familia y formación.
  • Realizar visitas domiciliarias a las viviendas de los trabajadores.
  • Presentar de informes sociales.
  • Orientar y asesorar al trabajador y su familia ante problemas de índole familiar y laboral.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de personales de trabajadores de Minera Colquisiri y sus derechos habientes.
  • Supervisar a los operarios de limpieza (02)
  • Velar por buen estado de las oficinas, comedores, vestuarios y SS.HH
  • Desarrollar las actividades de Servicio Social contenidas en el Plan de Relaciones Comunitarias como talleres, capacitaciones y concursos.

Requisitos:

  • Habilidad para comunicarse y para relacionarse con personas.
  • Pro actividad, innovación, trabajo en equipo, organización, planificación, negociación y solución de conflictos.
  • Trabajo bajo presión
  • Destreza a nivel de usuario del Office.
  • Conocimiento de legislación laboral y normas relacionadas (ESSAlud, sistema previsional, etc.)
  • Experiencia Mínima de 03 (tres) años en posiciones similares.
  • Licenciada en Trabajo Social.
