- The [Company] is a diverse, multi-national, privately held organization with roots firmly planted in agriculture, mining, and agriculture-related businesses. These endeavors have been around for centuries and will continue to be a vital part of the global economy. Phosphate mining is one of Simplot’s core businesses. In order to support future phosphate mining projects as well as assure proper closure activities at historic mines, we currently have an opening for a junior-level Mine or Civil Engineer.
