Project Manager - corporate fit-out

This interior design and construct company has a new opening for a Project Manager to join their small team based in Perth. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous project experience within corporate fitout/design/construction who is looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable and well established company.
 
As this is a very hands-on role you will be responsible for full project management of a variety of projects in Perth from initial client engagement through to completion of construction.  Your duties will include:
 
- Estimation of project costings in response to client's budget requirements
- Coordinate the tendering process
- Assist with preparation of project programs and scope of works
- Conduct site meetings
- Contract administration
- Management of consulting team
- Management of additional works
 
Having worked in a similar role, you will have experience of organising tenders and construction packages, knowledge of building codes and scale drawings and the ability to develop budget costing.
 
This role involves working closely with designers, suppliers, sub contractors and clients and so exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
