A leading global provider of process solutions, technologies and services for the mining and metallurgical industries, our client prides itself upon working closely with their customers to achieve high quality outcomes and results. As the Site Account Manager, you will be part of the SEAP regional team developing and supporting offerings to customers and maximising sales in direct and indirect methods, with a focus on clients in the Mt Isa region. You will be responsible for maximising customer engagement in the following areas;
  • Spare part management and inventory control
  • Plant maintenance services
  • Plant operating, upgrade and modernisation services
  • Customer training & education
  • Life of mine solutions to customers
The role will involve consistent travel to sites ensuring engagement with stakeholders and maintaining key customers relationships. You will report to relevant departments and service teams all leads and opportunities to ensure service levels are maintained and on-going.

You will have a minimum of five years experience within the mining/mineral processing industries with a demonstrated knowledge of account and business development, supported by a technical background with further education at a diploma/trades or degree level. You will be customer orientated with excellent verbal communication skills, as you will be required to be client interfacing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
