Microstation Road Drafter

Heavy hitting global Engineering Consultancy with busy Melbourne office requires a Mircrostation Road Drafter for a contract period (up to 12 months!) to work on a key tender win. 

With offices worldwide, our client is known in the market for their work on major transport infrastructure projects so it comes as no surprise that they have been selected as the design consultant to work on the most recent section of a major road project in Melbourne. 

Working with a top notch design team, project team leads and a drafting team you will be responsible for the documentation of road alignment, detailed road and associated road drainage, utilities associated, layout design etc using recent versions of Microstation. InRoads exposure would be highly regarded.  
Prior experience in the local market is required as is a familiarity with Vic Roads standards and Australian construction standards. 

To be considered you will also be a clear communicator, have a qualification in civil engineering and have the relevant visa to be able to commit to an extended contract. 

It would also be very highly regarded if you have had some prior drafting or design experience in Rail, Light rail and other modes of land transport.
