Leading Readymix company has an urgent requirement for a Sales

Representative based in Worcester, Cape Town. CTC package with commission. The company is an Equal Opportunity employer. Position will require bilingual candidate willing to travel to outlying areas. Starting date is as soon as possible.

Diplomas - National Diploma: Marketing

Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications:

• National Diploma in Marketing and Sales
• National Diploma in Building and Construction
• National Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Requirements:

• Excellent customer relations skills
• Achieve sales targets in Boland area
• Manage the tender processes in the Boland area
• Conduct pre-contract meetings with clients
• Provide after sales service to clients
• Increase market share in the Boland Area
• Market products and services within Boland Area
• Maintain current customer base
• Increase customer base with new clients, as per specified targets
• Knowledge of production planning
• Knowledge of working on construction sites
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Mine Health and Safety Act
• Knowledge of Environmental compliance
• Knowledge of construction vehicles (maintenance and safety standards when tendering on contracts)
• Knowledge of producing ready mix concrete
• Excellent administration and communication skills
• Code 08 licence and own transport essential
• Willingness to travel to outlying areas
• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
