About the Company: Our client is a medium tier construction company who specialize in delivering construction services across Sydney, Central Coast and Rural NSW. Our client specialisesin delivering prestigious projects including Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential and Defence up to a value of $30Million.

About the role: Opportunity exists for an experienced Site Supervisor to join my client’s ever expanding and diversifying team. Be part of the prestigious redevelopment project for the Military. Join a contractor that truly rewards their staff and believes in a work hard play hard culture. This Mid Tier contractor is leading the development of Newcastle infrastructure and has solidified its relationship with their clients, consistently being awarded projects in their various sectors.

The Site Supervisor will be required to have previous experience working with civil projects with exposure to roads, services and fencing. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a proven track record of on time delivery and running a project to budget.

Duties will include:

• Weekly reports and site staff meetings
• Manage sub-contracts, plant and trades on-site
• Liaise with clients and consultants
• Your ability to positively engage with and lead your team
• Manage projects and ensure that time frames, budgets and standards are kept

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Civil Engineering
• A proven ability to build relationship and communicate across all levels
• Experience of working on Project up to $10Million
• Have an excellent safety record for previous projects.
