About the Roles: Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to work from their Sydney office but will have a nationwide remit. Work entails drilling, grouting, rock anchoring, rockfall protection and shotcreting. You will report to the Managing Director, who is based in Sydney and you will play a key part in the successful delivery of projects. Sitting at the top of Operations, the role will encompass managing all project activities with a number of simultaneous projects. You will have a number of site based Project Managers, Foreman & Supervisors reporting directly to you.

About the Requirements: Our client is seeking a Construction Manager with tertiary education and ideally has knowledge of drilling, grouting, rock anchoring, slope stabilisation and rockfall protection or piling and a proven track record of delivering projects in this field. Candidates with knowledge of other areas of construction will also be considered. You must be capable of managing several projects simultaneously and be able to delegate sufficient time to each project team. You will require exceptional Operational skills as well as good commercial understanding to see projects through from the tender stage to completion. Good communication skills as well as IT skills are also essential.
