Field Service Technician

Well established international company based on the East Rand is seeking a Field Service Technician (Qualified MILLWRIGHT) to join their team. My client focuses in on Mineral Process Equipment (MPE)

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Millwright
• Years relevant experience
• Site work and maintenance repair
• Reports
• Work shop practice

Job Specification

• Ensure equipment and electrical components and panels are assembled and tested according to production drawings and quality standards as per client and company
• Assist Ops team to ensure delivery deadlines are met
• Customer liaison i.e. site visits, client inductions, work permit, maintenance procedures etc
• Testing and repair of MPE and electrical panes to quality standards
• Ensure work is to client and company standards and accepted engineering practice before work is signed off
• Ensure site book is signed on completion of work, site visits etc
• Communicate with Supervisor on any problems i.e. supply, manufacturing
• Reports are handed into Supervisor with 48 hours
• Weekly reports
• OHS
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Good housekeeping
