About the company: Our client is well established ground engineering company. Created almost forty years ago, they now have a strong presence in the Australian market and have continued to pick up more major projects. They are a company with an excellent reputation for delivering the highest quality work.

About the Roles: Our client is seeking a working Supervisor/Foreman to be based on site and drive projects forward. Projects can typically vary between $1 and $20 million. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for projects including jet grouting, soil compaction and diaphragm walling. You will cover all associated project works and on a daily basis deliver tool box talks, supervise in house teams, sub contractors, manage the allocation of labour & resources, keep accurate site records and play a key role in the successful delivery of the projects.

About the Requirements: The successful applicant will have a good background in a ground engineering environment and be capable of working on projects up to the value of $20 million. Strong communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the clients, work force and sub contractors are essential. Good planning, procurement and project delivery skills are required. You will need to be a strong leader to assist in the delivery of the works and be capable of ensuring that the work force continually strives to get the project completed accurately, within budget and on time.
