As a result of our continued success and growth, there is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Contracts Administrator (CA) to join the Watpac Construction team in South Australia. As a CA you will be responsible for the preparation of budgets, analysis of building and trade contracts, contract negotiation, processing of invoices including claims and variations, accounts management, as well as other administrative functions as required.
The successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of Contracts Administration, and ideally have a tertiary background in Quantity Surveying, Construction/Project Management, or a related discipline. You will also possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing, and negotiating skills.
