The role of Business Sector Lead - Process & Environment is an excellent opportunity for you to take a senior leadership position in an established Process Engineering team. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will involve a high level of autonomy and people management. You will implement your proven leadership and high level communication skills by showcasing your expertise in Coal process design. With a solid customer base you will take a leading role in creating maximum value for the client by managing client relationships to deliver work packages.

The role requires exceptional technical knowledge and management ideally gained in a minerals processing or manufacturing process design environment, specialising in the detailed design, modelling, review and optimisation of primary process disciplines. You will have a thorough understanding of the complete process design life cycle with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental outcomes resulting from the design process.

In addition, you will have:
  • Working knowledge of and experience in proposal development
  • A Service focus
  • Experience in the development of process flow (PF) and process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), preparation of MTO's and valve lists
  • Demonstrated knowledge of QA, statutory and Australian standards applicable to design
  • Fluid dynamics and acoustic design experience would be highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering
