Our client is a global organization providing which provides specialist technical leadership and support across a range of service and project work relating to industrial business improvement and processes.  Due to an internal promotion, a vacancy has arisen for a manager to head up a team of 12-14 service technicians and advise on customer control systems and implement engineering project works.  

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership of a high performing team and meet team’s goals
• Technical coaching and leadership
• Continuous improvement in general business processes and practices
• Customer relationship management
• Management of P&L
• Business planning and forecasting

This position requires a proven leader with a sound technical exposure to process control and business solutions.  Ideally you will possess an engineering or relevant degree and have several years experience in running medium sized service operations.  A good knowledge of DCS and SIS is advantageous including HMI and SCADA.  Your communication skills will be superior to help develop and build strong customer relationships.  Working across a variety of industries including oil and gas, mining and chemical industries, this role requires the ability to effectively project manage and problem solve at the highest levels.
