Role:
- Candidate will function in a senior position, mentoring junior staff and managing tasks related to wetlands and streams to support a variety of private and public clients. Candidate must demonstrate recent experience with US Army Corps of Engineers wetlands delineation manual and supplements, including Rapanos guidance. Candidate should possess working knowledge of wetlands and streams biology and water chemistry. Recent experience with federal and state permitting for both impacts and mitigation in jurisdictional waters, especially in Pennsylvania/West Virginia and Ohio. Candidate that can demonstrate strong existing relationships with regulatory agencies will receive preference.
Requirements:
- B.S. Required
- Seven to ten years minimum experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferences
- M.S. preferred
- Detailed experience regarding the development of EIS/EA documents, and wetland/stream mitigation plans is a plus. Candidates with experience in natural channel design (NCD) and geomorphology as applied to stream or wetland mitigation designs will receive preference.
- Candidates with professional licensure as a PE, PG, PWS, or similar will receive preference.
- Capable with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Detailed experience regarding the development of EIS/EA documents, and wetland/stream mitigation plans is a plus. Candidates with experience in natural channel design (NCD) and geomorphology as applied to stream or wetland mitigation designs will receive preference.
