  • Importante Empresa solicita agente de ventas canal gasolinero
Requisitos:
  • Preparatoria terminada, licenciatura terminada o trunca.
  • Experiencia de Ventas de al menos 2 años preferentemente en lubricantes o productos para la Industria y Transporte Diesel en los segmentos Manufactura en General, Metalmecánica, Acero, Minería, Construcción, Transporte de Carga, Transporte de Pasajeros y Flotillas de motor a diesel.
  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años en áreas de venta a gasolinera o negocios relacionados.
  • Edad 27 años en adelante.
  • Preferentemente casado.
  • Sin problema para viajar.
  • Facilidad de palabra para expresar sus ideas.
  • Habilidades personales para interactuar con personas de diferentes niveles y áreas diversas (Compras, Mantto., Ingeniería, Almacén, Laboratorio, etc.).
  • Experiencia en planeación y elaboración de pronósticos y planes de ventas.
  • Habilidades y conocimiento en el manejo de PC y de los programas Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Dispuestos a trabajar bajo presión y bajo un esquema de sueldo base más un bono por desempeño el cual estará en función de resultados vs. el plan de ventas donde se medirán los parámetros; volumen, segmento del mercado, tipo de producto, rentabilidad y cobranza principalmente.
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo.
