Descripción del Cargo:

Empresa de servicios de alimentación institucional, incorporará para sus establecimientos en la zona de Cuyo, GERENTES DE CONTRATOS para conducir operaciones vinculadas a explotaciones en las áreas de minería, gas, petróleo y construcción.

Funciones:

  • Las personas seleccionadas trabajarán como responsables de la operación asignada, supervisando y gestionando los servicios prestados a los clientes (gastronomía, housekeeping, mantenimiento y otros).
  • Será su función garantizar la excelencia y calidad en base a la satisfacción de clientes y usuarios.
  • Será el encargado de liderar y coordinar grandes equipos de trabajo dentro de un campamento en sitios remotos.

Requisitos:

  • Nos orientamos a profesionales del área Gastronómica, Hotelera, Administración, Ingenieros o afines.
  • Con una experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares.
  • Priorizaremos sobre aquellos perfiles altamente dinámicos, proactivos, con pensamiento estratégico, capacidad resolutiva, así como también la habilidad para establecer relaciones interpersonales efectivas.
  • Es una excelente oportunidad para aquellos profesionales que busquen un desafío de desarrollo, con excelentes condiciones de contratación y plan de carrera.
  • Edad entre 30 y 50 años.
  • Secundaria Completa.
