Drilling Manager
Scope of Work
• Technical and commercial management of all well engineering activities within sphere of influence:
• Manage the well construction process and provide leadership for the welt engineering operations team, managing resources to fit the workload:
• Ensure production o implementation of, and adherence to corporate standards, policies and procedures.
• Overall management, of the planning, operation and execution of the drilling project ensuring that the operation is conducted safely, environmentally so ‘timely and within budget in conformance with industry standards’ and with that of the Joint Venture.
• Ensures the availability of technical and operational support to well engineering activities;
• Selects and’ ensures competently of the well engineering teams assigned to those activities;
• Close collaboration with the subsurface team to ensure that well objectives are attained and incorporated in the Well design.
• Ensures, through consultation with the HSE Manager that p operate within corporate HSE standards;
• Approves key well engineering operations documentation i.e. rig move, drilling. well testing, completion workover programs procedures etc. subject to the delegated level of authority
• Auto technical and HSE aspects of well engineer activities;
• Defines and ensures implementation of contracting strategies;
• Ensures validity of budgetary costing of well .engineering projects through review:
• Keeps s management regularly informed about the progress of operation in all aspects,
Qualification/Trade:
Qualification
• The Consultant shall have at least ten (10) years of proven experience in similar position involving both shallow water and deepwater offshore drilling operations. A high preference will be given to the Consultant that has offshore petroleum drilling experience in the Philippines.
• Interested Consultants are required to submit evidence of their qualification and other related documents deemed necessary to support their qualification
• Original and signed detailed curriculum vitae (CV) and include tire list of projects undertaken for the past ten (10) years. Valid Well Control Certificate and other related certificates
