Technical Services Superintendent - Trend Mine
We are currently seeking a Technical Services Superintendent to work at the Trend Mine Site which is located approximately 25 km south of Tumbler Ridge.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will lead and support the Technical Services team of Mining Engineers and Surveyors delivering technical advice and project management services to Trend Mine. You will be responsible for developing mine plans and schedules in collaboration with the production team to ensure pit efficiency, ensuring your solutions are commercially sound as you will be responsible for department cost forecasts and expenditures.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in an open cut coal mine as well as the ability to develop and implement mine schedules and plans for the operation. You will be committed to safety, prepared to deliver innovative ideas and have demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to drive performance in your team.
