Large scale Port and Mining project
Our client is one of the largest engineering companies. They continue to successfully deliver a range of major mining, petrochemical, process and infrastructure projects throughout the world.
They currently have a great opportunity for a Civil Designer to play a key role in the design and development of a major EPCM port project for a mining client. This is a long term project where you will be able to implement your technical design skills to deliver on civil design drafting services for a broad scope of engineering projects.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prepare preliminary and detailed design drawings for a large range of engineering projects
Liaise & coordinate relevant documentation with engineering team
Ensure that civil design drawings for projects are completed on time and budget
You will require:
Relevant diploma, degree in engineering or drafting
Proven understanding of Microstation and PDS
Knowledge of drafting requirements for multiple disciplines
Ability to arrange/prepare drawings based on engineering design input
