My client is now in high demand in all its sectors and is constantly being awarded new projects and feels the need to continue this growth.
This Contractor is looking for two experienced estimators that have a proven track record within the industry. The client recruits highly talented people, with strong communication skills and provides the successful applicants with a supportive and friendly environment that believes strongly in progressing their staff careers by providing on going training.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of accurate, competitive tenders.
Identify, detail and cost specific risks and opportunities associated with tender submissions;
Creating effective solutions
Preparing and reviewing cost estimates and tender documentation
Assistance in preparing Expressions of Interest and Budget Estimates for projects likely to proceed.
Skills and Experience:
Relevant Tertiary qualifications
A minimum of 5 + years experience as an Estimator within the civil construction industry.
Experience in Estimating on large infrastructure projects
Relevant Estimating software experience
Highly self motivated
Exceptional communication skills
