Branch Manager

• Circa $100,000 + Super + Commission + Car negotiable on experience

You will be joining a market leading Hire company that is expanding in Queensland. They support clients throughout the mining, construction, civil, and retail sectors. In this role you will be responsible for growing the organisation s revenue through the expansion of their network, as a start-up branch in a new location which already has existing accounts.

As the Branch Manager, you will primarily be responsible for getting a foothold into Gladstone and surrounding areas by using your exceptional networking and prospecting abilities. Additionally, you role will include the strategic recruitment of team members to grow the branch, financial and asset management as well as liaising and negotiating with external stakeholders

For you to be successful in this position, you will ideally possess:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Hire industry 
• Relevant mining inductions 
• Existing networks within the construction and mining

• Circa $100,000 Base Salary + Super + Commission + Car + Required tools of trade, negotiable based on experience
