Due to our ongoing growth an opportunity exists for a Customer Service / Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team. A strong sales background with proven selling skills in Telephone Sales/Retail is required.
 
Reporting to the Training Services Manager, you will be a focused and enthusiastic person to motivate and lead our sales team based at our busy training branch in Joondalup.
 
Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support/leadership to the external sales team
• Uphold, monitor and enforce RMS customer services standards
• Customer liaison
• Promote and market RMS services
• Provide excellent high standard customer service
• Assist with queries regarding product range
• Promote all areas of the company offering
• Document preparation and control
• Reporting as required
• Attend meetings as required

 
To be successful for the role you will ideally possess:  

• Min 4 years experience in a sales environment
• Min 2 years experience in leading a small team
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commitment to high standard of customer service
• Computer literacy
• Great time management skills
• Strong competence in MS Office products
• Effectively use initiative and creativity
