Due to our ongoing growth an opportunity has presented itself to appoint a RTO/GTO Funding Coordinator.
Reporting To: RTO/GTO Manager
Experience/Knowledge Required:
Previous experience in a similar role for 2 years
Understanding of RMS policies and procedures
Understanding of RMS standards and expectations
Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Accurate data entry skills
MYOB exposure
Telephone skills
Responsibilities/Duties:
Complete Sales Orders in MYOB
Manage Federal Incentive Payments
Manage IEP Payments and Government Reporting
Manage Indigenous Wage Subsidy
Liaise with JSA’s
Manage Traineeship VET Fees and Charges
Develop Processes to Manage new Government Funding Contracts
