Working with a well respected market leader with a worldwide reputation for quality performance, our client is about to commence new projects due to their long-term strategic planning coming to execution. With a number of projects on the books, the variety of work on offer here is unbelievable. They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Electrical Designers to join their team of professionals. This position is offered as a 12 month contract, you will be paid an hourly rate (weekly), ensuring that you are paid for your actual time work, not just a salary, not to mention a chance to make your CV enhanced.
As a key member of this highly skilled team, you have a key focus on preparing engineering models, drawings and documentation. You will also be responsible ensuring design work matches up with relevant specifications, and guarantee drawings are checked before they are issued. Industry leading rates are on offer, coupled with the potential for additional work beyond the term of the contract and the chance to develop your career prospects into leading roles.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Previous coal experience is highly regarded
- AutoCAD experience is essential
- Experience with 3D modeling is highly regarded
- Minimum of 10 years electrical design experience
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
