Empresa Minera requiere contratar los servicios de un profesional para ocupar el puesto de Jefe General Mantenimiento y Planeamiento.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en las especialidades de: Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Mecánica-Eléctrica o Industrial con 8 años de experiencia en planificación de operaciones con dirección y manejo de personal.
  • Con conocimientos en planeamiento de producción, planificación estratégica, indicadores de gestión, gestión de producción de agua, gestión integral de mantenimiento: selección de estrategias de mantenimiento, planificación y programación del mantenimiento, medición del rendimiento de mantenimiento y auditoria de mantenimiento.
  • Así mismo conocimiento y experiencia en administración de contratos de mantenimiento, administración gerencial, administración de costos, presupuestos y seguridad industrial.
  • Manejo de MS Office nivel usuario, nivel intermedio de Inglés y poseer licencia de conducir A-1.  Buena salud y disponibilidad para residir e interactuar en nuestros 3 centros minero-metalúrgicos ubicados en Tacna y Moquegua (hasta 3,500 msnm).
