The Company
Our client, a leading West Australian manufacturing plant is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team in Perth’s southern suburbs.

The primary focus of this position is to plan, lead, manage and co-ordinate the Electrical Team and it’s functions ensuring the reliable operation of the plant. You will be on call and supervising 10 direct reports. You will also be responsible as the In house Electrical license holder, Gas Supervisory Authorisation holder, and will be the nominated Electrical Supervisor under the Mining Act.

Role and Position Criteria

• Demonstrated experience managing an electrical maintenance team
• Planning and scheduling of work activities
• Monitor quality of workmanship, conformance to work instructions, HS&E procedures, Clearance to Work requirements and performance expectations
• Ensuring team members have adequate training
• Prepare, implement and manage an electrical reliability improvement plan for the Production unit
• Ability to forecast budgets and resource requirements
• Strong focus on electrical safety
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
• Liaison with internal stakeholders and clients
• A current “A” Grade WA Electrical licence
