Product Support

My client in the East Rand is looking for a trade tested Product Support Specialist.

Minimum Requirements

• At least two years experience in a similar capacity.
• Exceptional selling skills.
• Interpersonal skills to work with customers, suppliers and to work as part of the Product Support team.
• Willing to work underground when required.

Job Specification

• Support all customers.
• Underground and site visits.
• Conduct regular audits on all equipment.
• Generate parts and service sales.
• Follow up (expediting) of audits and orders.
• Conduct operator and maintenance training as and when required.
• Troubleshooting and technical assistance.
• Service schedules for all vehicles in your area of responsibility.
• Quotes to customers and follow up.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Assist workshop with compiling of quotes for repair and rebuild work.
