Mobile Maintenance Superintendent

If this sounds like you, we have a fantastic opportunity located in Central Queensland for a Mobile Maintenance Superintendent with a key focus on heavy mobile equipment management.

The Mobile Plant Equipment includes:

• Caterpillar Haul Trucks, Dozers and Graders
• Komatsu Electric Drive Haul Trucks and Dozers
• Hitachi Excavators

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager you will lead the maintenance team to achieve continuous improvement in performance of people, machinery and equipment whilst meeting budget and capital expectations and targets as well as maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety standards. You will forecast and report on operating budgets on a monthly basis to ensure cost effective management of the business. You will mentor and develop your direct team of Maintenance Supervisors to become more effective within their role and their interaction with others, also ensuring training and development plans are in place.

To ensure your success, you will have:

• Maintenance Trade Qualifications
• Extensive experience with Heavy Mobile Mining Equipment
• S1, S2, S3
• An Engineering Degree is Desirable but not mandatory

Ideally you will also have experience in maintenance management, supervisory, contract and change management with a strong understanding of key business principles and project delivery.
