International Mining Technology and Services Provider, leaders in their field, seek an experienced Mining Engineering Professional, with a track record of at least ten years in the Mining Sector, to consult to Mining Companies, particularly in the Coal Sector, regarding their project and software technology requirements.

In order to qualify, you will need to present:

• Exposure to Mine Production Systems,
• Project Management track record, preferably in large technical solutions systems
• Business and Systems Analysis
• Exceptional Client Presentation Skills
• The ability to interact and liaise at all levels
• Strong work ethic
• Appropriate qualification in Mining and / or Engineering, with a well developed track record in the Coal Mining Sector (four plus years), and exposure to systems for example Minex
• Take ownership of all Solution Consulting aspects for a wide range of Coal Mining clients, from defining their business needs to implementation and oversight of expert business process improvements.
• Leverage off other departments (sales and technology) within the group.
• People Management and Leadership - select, develop, mentor and evaluate staff to ensure effective and efficient operation of the team, build skills within the team, and lead the team to provide high quality technical and product knowledge.
• Lead Business Development activities, developing growth strategies for clients, prepare proposals and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
