Field Service Technician

East rand engineering co. Urgently seeks 2 x field service technicians for mobile cranes & earthmoving equipment

Salary neg based on experience !!

Minimum Requirements

We require 2 x qualified Auto Electricians / Diesel Mechanics with Mobile Crane or Earthmoving experience to be based in our Field Service Division at our Head Office on the East Rand

Essential Requirements

Trade Test certificate (Red Seal) Auto Electrical / Diesel Mechanic
Mobile Crane Knowledge A Must
Minimum of 3/5 years post apprenticeship experience
Computer Literate
Valid Driver's License
Valid Code 14 license an advantage
Must be able to work overtime at short notice (This includes working on weekends)
Must be able to travel at Short notice
Valid passport essential
Must be able to do mechanical work and willing to learn in depth facets of Mobile Crane Operations
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
Sober habits
Good people skills
Self disciplined

Skills Required

Knowledge of PLC Systems (Programmable Logic Controller)
Fault finding on PLC Circuits
Fault finding on electrical and mechanical, skills must be good.
Able to plan the job
