Job Description:
- Internationally-recognized, Rocky Mountain Engineering Consultant is actively seeking a Civil Engineer, E.I. to join its growing team in Lakewood, Colorado.
- Qualified applicants will offer a BS Degree in Civil Engineering, be E.I. Certified, and have 3-7 years of experience in the design engineering of civil projects. This position requires strong grading design engineering expertise within a mining, industrial, land development, or geotechnical environment. Any experience with geotechnical design and/or mining engineering design is considered a huge plus. This position requires software proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Land Development Desktop experience will also be considered).
- This position will be primarily responsible for grading and civil engineering design of large mining and industrial projects. Some travel and field engineering is anticipated with this position (international travel is a possibility - travel is anticipated 15-20% of the time), so candidates must be comfortable working in both a field and office environment.
- This position can interview and start immediately. Local candidates are preferred for this position no relocation assistance is being offered at this time. A pre-employment drug screen and background check will be conducted upon acceptance of a full-time offer of employment.
