Maintenance Supervisor – Sulfuric
- We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor – Sulfuric for our Faustina, Louisiana location. This person will direct and coordinate activities of mobile equipment contract operators, maintenance on all mobile equipment, plant insulation, blasting, painting and scaffolding plant wide.
- Resolves operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems associated with maintenance support services to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays.
What will you do?
- Leads and schedules contract maintenance support services to include but not limited to activities of mobile equipment, plant insulation, blasting, painting and scaffolding across the Uncle Sam Facility.
- Works with operations and maintenance to troubleshoot and address operations problems in the plant to maximize production and safety.
- Facilitate ongoing communication between support maintenance contractors, operations and management to ensure proper and efficient plant operation, product quality, allocation of resources, safety and environmental.
- Establishes internal work standards and is responsible for safe and environmentally sound conditions within all areas of responsibility.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience and knowledge of areas of responsibility preferred.
- Must possess skills and ability to learn various software used in the position (Kronos, Maximo, etc.)
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote a team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
