Position Description/Criteria

  • Provides support for 3rd party software and supporting tools.
  • Develops a strong understanding of the change management process.
  • Participates in software installation/upgrades, release administration activities, system monitoring, and job scheduling.
  • Assists application staff with trouble-shooting and problem resolution activities.
  • Interacts with business users and help desk.

Position Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related field.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with acute attention to detail and a passion for working with technology.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and strong analytical and problem ownership/resolution skills.
  • Must have sound writing skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet and support project demands.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
