Job Description:
• This position executes processes, develops plans and utilizes tools that support the Company Quality Management System.
• The incumbent will be involved with various activities to deliver continuous product and process improvement, typical activities include but are not limited to:
• Collection and analysis of data
• Investigation of non conformance to determine permanent resolution
• Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits for MQ12005
• Administer area metrics
• Support certification activities
• Identify non-conformance
• Resolve issues by selecting the best solutions
• Support section managers and team leaders in root cause corrective action activity
Job Details:
• This person will be required to perform a variety of duties relating to the development and implementation of methods, procedures and equipment used within the quality department.
• This is fundamentally a reactive quality role responding to issues found within the manufacturing facility on a daily basis
Background Experience:
The following skills and experience are desirable for this position:
• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing and/or maintenance standards
• Analytical capability
• Personal computer skills and familiarity with various software packages will be required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of engineering drawings and standards
• Knowledge of quality systems and product testing
• MQ12005 team involvement
Salary/Rate: £20,500 - £25,600
