[Company] is currently searching for various candidates. We our looking for Solidworks Draughtsman for contract based work in the South East. The role is to start ASAP depending on the availability of the right person.
Our client is a UK based company who design & manufacture special purpose equipment for the process, minerals, and construction & mining industries. They are renowned experts in their fields and are currently working on a number of large projects.
Applicants should have experience in the following:
• You should ideally be a long time Solidworks/ AutoCAD 3D user.
• Track record of using solid works from Initial Design through project completion of large scale contracts.
• Preferable Engineering experience within Pumping systems, piping, pressure vessels Conveyors (process industry rather than food etc) Silos / Chutes / Bins industries.
• Materials handling equipment
• Plant design
• Pumping systems, piping, pressure vessels
• Conveyors (process industry rather than food etc)
• Silos / Chutes / Bins
Candidates with industry experience within Power generation, Water, Oil &Gas or Minerals our welcomed.
The day to day role will involve:
• Producing manufacturing production drawings (solidworks)
• Ensuring consistently is met in relation to drawings in order to meet company and relevant industry standards.
• Extensive experience within solidworks.
• IT literate with Microsoft Package experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing Techniques.
• Basic industry knowledge of construction and mining engineering.
• Good attention to detail.
• Self motivated character.
