Production Supervisor

Position Description

• Responsible for supervising, developing, and leading Production Operators in a manner which achieves the site objectives and overall organizational strategy of the business. 
• Monitors and reports on the production targets in all departments. 
• Capable of good decision making during an ever-changing production environment. 
• Displays a “can-do”, “hands-on” attitude. 
• Effectively identifies and solves operational problems to enhance product quality and process efficiency. 
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility.  Coordinates activities with other functional areas.  Following Huber’s EH&S, CMS, SOP, cGMP and company policies and procedures is essential to this position.
• Oversees compliance by all production employees.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years progressive, industry-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervision experience preferred.
• Computer literacy in spreadsheets, databases, PowerPoint and word-processing.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and process improvement techniques.
• Pass pre-employment drug test, physical and background.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, which will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successfully complete required training and orientation programs.
