Our client is well regarded in the mining industry  working on major projects in Australia and overseas. They are recognized as the leader in providing expertise in engineering and environmental science within the strong resource sector.

Due to business growth, our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Principal Hydrogeologist to be part of their well-established groundwater team in Western Australia.

Ideally, you will have the following key skills and experience:
  • Mine water issues, preferably in both underground and open pit mines
  • Inflow control
  • Dewatering and slope depressurisation
  • Numerical modelling is desirable
  • Good understanding of conceptual model development.
  • Your key responsibilities is to share your strong geological skills to staff, have a desire to provide training and mentoring of junior staff and assist in business development.
