Contracts Administrator - 12 month Regional Contract Position

One of Australia’s most recognisable head contractors is currently seeking to appoint a Contracts Administrator to help the commercial team in their West Victorian regional office. The contract would initially be for twelve months with the possibility of extensions or a transfer to the Melbourne business after this time. Accommodation is provided and paid for and there is attractive remuneration available making this a very exciting opportunity for an experiences and capable CA to use their skills on a large, complex project.
 
As a CA within this group your core skills and experience will focus on:
  • Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence
  • Letting of sub-contractors and constant liaison with them
  • Strong budget management and reporting
  • Accurate preparation of monthly management reports
  • To be considered for this role you should have a strong knowledge in Construction Contracts Administration and experience in managing projects above and beyond the $20 million mark will be looked upon favourably.
