Civil Project Manager - Top Tier

The Project Manager will be expected to have a had exposure to a number of infrastructure sectors. Applicants that have a strong civil construction background within this type of work will be highly regarded for the position and be given the opportunity to progress their career to the next level, at the guidance of a rewarding industry leading contractor. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the project to ensure project objectives and agreed specifications are achieved.
• Managing the project scope, the program of works, resource requirements, budgets, quality, safety standards and customer expectations are meet.
• Managing stakeholder relationships including clients, consultants and end users.
• Mentoring and developing team.
• Successful Project completion
• Subcontractor Management  

Skills and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• 8 + years experience in Civil Construction
• Demonstrated experience working on large scale projects.
• Problem solving skills
• High-level management and leadership skills and qualities
• Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
• Superior relationship building and leadership skills
