URD Project Manager - Energex/Main Roads Experience

• Established & Growing Electrical Contracting Business 
• Sub Divisional Connections & Main Roads Projects 
• Brisbane Metro - Long Term - $110K - $120K Package

This position represents a stable and long term opportunity with a growing Energex rated "niche" contractor that specialises in electrical sub divisional connections and Main Roads project work. The business is part of a dynamic and successful group of companies based on the south side whose services also include construction contracting and switchboard manufacturing. 

Based at Acacia Ridge and reporting to the Business Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently; the projects are valued at around $500,000 on average and it is likely you will manage $2M - $3M worth of work every year. You will need to have substantial Project Management experience including client management, scheduling and programming, staff management and development, budgeting, forecasting, procurement and safety management.

Other requirements for the role include: 

• Relevant Electrical trade qualifications 
• URD experience on new subdivisions and Main Roads work 
• Utility network accreditation (CAMS/WAMS) 
• Understanding of relevant safety legislation
