My client now has a requirement for a Principal Manager to work in their Structures division based in Brisbane.
  
Their Study team is seeking an experienced Principal Manager - Marine Structures for an offshore marine project with an immediate start.
  
This role reports to the Project Director and is responsible for a team of approximately 10 personnel including design, procurement and contracts. As the Principal Manager you will lead the scope, cost, and schedule definition and execution planning for front end studies for major projects. Working closely with the client, the Principal Manager facilitates the option analysis and scope selection necessary to achieve the expected business results for both the programme and the projects. 
  
This senior position is key to the success of the current projects and the future growth of the business.
  
Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

• Exposure to marine structures in open sea conditions, including engineering, procurement, contracts and construction
• Project Management in EPCM environments
• A minimum of 20 years post graduate experience
• Excellent organisational, communication and people management skills
• Exposure to offshore fabrication of modules for installation would be desirable but not essential
