To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:

• Knowledge and Operational Experience of the full 360 degree Recruitment Process, including Advertising, Sourcing, Interviewing and Engagement of Candidates within the Mining/Civil and Gas industries
• Candidate/Client Driven Focus
• Exceptional Attention to Detail
• Advanced Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Proven Recruitment / Account Management experience
• A Dedicated and Flexible Approach to Client Servicing
