Data Vendor Expeditor

The Company seeking a Data Expeditor is a well established engineering consultancy currently service some of the largest and most successful mining oil and gas companies in the world. They have a significant global presence in the engineering and project management industry and can offer you the chance to work worldwide on a broad range of interesting and challenging projects.

• The focus of this role is to manage the submission of vendor data through the engineering and ensuring design schedules are upheld.
• Your knowledge of contracts coupled with a detailed understanding of document control will lead to success in this role.

The following experience/skills are required for this position
Experience Required:

• Extensive experience in a vendor document expediting environment with exposure to equipment expediting.
• The understanding of and experience in the vendor data process, work flow and procedure
• A proactive approach to your role with the motivation to actively participate in assisting the team to achieve the project teams goals
• A thorough understanding of information and documentation project requirements across a variety of project phases
• A knowledge of Document Control databases and administrative procedures
• Actively seek out results for the project team to ensure schedule doesn’t deviate due to poor management of vendors.
• Reporting to the Procurement Manager you will be a point of contact between vendors and Ausenco after the purchase order has been awarded
• Tertiary qualification desirable.
